Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data you provide: email, name, workspace name, billing address and payment method (via Stripe).
• Marketing data you authorize us to read from third-party platforms (Hyros, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GHL) for the purpose of running the service.
• Product usage data: pages visited, features used, agent actions performed, approximate IP geolocation.

How we use it

To provide the service you signed up for, send operational email (receipts, security alerts, product updates), improve the product in aggregate, and prevent abuse.

What we will never do

• Sell your data.
• Use your marketing data to train foundation models.
• Share customer data across workspaces. Every workspace is row-level isolated at the database.

Sub-processors

We use Clerk (auth), Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (billing), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic/OpenAI/Google (LLM inference). Each processes data only as necessary to provide their portion of the service.

Your rights

You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@mosaide.com. We respond within 30 days.
