Terms of Service

These Terms are a working draft. A final version reviewed by counsel will replace this page before we accept paying customers. By using the service during the beta, you agree to the terms below in good faith.

1. The service

Mosaide provides an AI-powered attribution and marketing-analytics platform that connects to third-party services you authorize (including Hyros, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel). We read data from those services and, with your explicit approval, may write changes back.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Mosaide and have the authority to bind the organization whose data you connect. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We will never sell your data and will not use it to train foundation models.

4. Approved writes

Any agent action that writes to an external platform requires your explicit confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing the diff shown in the confirmation card. We are not liable for campaigns you approve that produce unexpected results.

5. Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Usage overages are billed at the rate on your current tier. You can cancel at any time from your settings page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Mosaide to run campaigns that violate applicable ad-platform policies or local laws. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, resell it without written permission, or use it to process data you do not have rights to.

7. Liability

Mosaide is provided "as is." Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
