What counts as an "action"?: Any agent-initiated query, playbook run, or write. A question answered from cache doesn’t count. A budget change written to Meta counts as one action — the approval ritual is free.
What happens during the free trial?: Seven days of full Starter access, no credit card. You get 10 actions to explore. After that, pick a tier or walk. We don’t auto-charge anyone.
Can I change plans?: Yes, any time. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle — we don’t charge cancellation fees.
Do you offer annual pricing?: Yes — 2 months free on annual plans at Growth and above. Email hello@mosaide.com to set it up.
What if I go over my included actions?: You’ll see a banner at 80%. Overages are billed monthly at the rate shown on your tier. No surprise bills — hard caps are available on request.
