What Mosaide is
Mosaide is an AI marketing analyst for agencies and performance marketers. You connect Hyros, your ad platforms, and GoHighLevel; Mosaide turns that data into a chat where you can ask questions about ROAS, attribution, pipeline, and campaign performance. Every answer cites the rows it pulled.
Sign up & onboarding
Create an account at mosaide.com/sign-up. Onboarding takes 5 minutes: set your workspace name, choose solo or agency mode, pick how many client workspaces to provision, and connect your first source. You can skip any step and come back to it later from Settings.
Solo vs agency mode
Solo mode gives you a single workspace. Agency mode provisions one isolated workspace per client (Client 1, Client 2, etc.) plus an HQ workspace for your own brand. Each workspace stores its own credentials, chats, and reports — they never mix.

OAuth install
From the Connections page, click "Connect GoHighLevel". You will be redirected to GHL to authorize Mosaide for the location you choose. Mosaide receives a read-only token; you can revoke access anytime from your GHL account settings.
What we read
Contacts, opportunities, pipelines, calendars, and conversations. Read-only by default. Mosaide never writes back to GHL unless you explicitly enable a write action and confirm it with a typed prompt.
Multi-location agencies
If you run multiple GHL sub-accounts, install Mosaide once per workspace. Switch between client workspaces from the sidebar — each one has its own GHL connection and data.

API key
Generate a read-only API key inside your Hyros account (Settings → API). Paste it into Mosaide on the Connections page and click Verify. Mosaide encrypts the key at rest and pulls a daily delta plus a full reconciliation every Sunday.
What we sync
Campaigns, sales, leads, and source attribution. The chat reconciles every ad-platform number against Hyros so the ROAS you see is the least-wrong number we can compute.

Ask anything
Type a question. Mosaide picks the right data source, runs the query, and returns an answer with inline citations to the source rows. Examples: "What's my ROAS by campaign this week?", "Which lead source produced the most booked calls in March?", "Show opportunities by pipeline stage with attributed spend."
Sources & verification
Every numeric answer includes a citation chip. Click it to see the underlying rows from Hyros, GHL, or your ad platform. If the chat cannot verify a number, it tells you instead of making one up.
Artifacts and dashboards
Some answers materialize as dashboards or briefs. They live in /artifacts, can be scheduled to email or Slack, and shared as read-only public links you can revoke at any time.

Switching
The sidebar workspace switcher lists all your workspaces. Picking one swaps the active context — the dashboard, chats, connections, and artifacts you see all belong to that workspace.
Add, rename, delete
Manage every workspace from Settings → Workspaces. Add new client workspaces anytime, rename existing ones, and delete the ones you no longer need. Deleting a workspace permanently removes its connections, chats, artifacts, schedules, and shared links — this cannot be undone.

Where your data lives
All data is stored in our Supabase Postgres cluster with row-level security per workspace. Credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest with envelope encryption. We never share your data across workspaces or with other customers.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. This wipes every workspace, connection, chat, and artifact, and releases your email so you can sign up again later if you want.
