Getting started

What Mosaide is

Mosaide is Hyros intelligence for operators and agencies. Connect a scoped Hyros API key; Mosaide detects business type, builds Command Center, offers Portfolio across client workspaces, Source Flow, and the Upside-Down Funnel. Chat sits on top for deeper questions and pulls live Hyros tools instead of inventing totals.

Sign up & onboarding

Create an account at mosaide.com/sign-up. Onboarding takes 5 minutes: set your workspace name, choose solo or agency mode, pick how many client workspaces to provision, and connect Hyros. You can skip any step and come back to it later from Settings.

Solo vs agency mode

Solo mode gives you a single workspace. Agency mode provisions one isolated workspace per client (Client 1, Client 2, etc.) plus an HQ workspace for your own brand. Each workspace stores its own credentials, chats, and reports - they never mix.

Connecting Hyros

API key

Generate an API key inside your Hyros account (Settings → API). Paste it into Mosaide on the Connections page and click Verify. It is a scoped key - never your password - encrypted at rest, and your Command Center provisions itself the moment it verifies.

What we sync

Sales, leads, calls, and source attribution, plus a daily snapshot of your Hyros-tracked subscriptions for MRR history. Real-time Hyros events - sales, calls, new leads - stream in over webhooks as they happen.

Hyros chat tools

The chat answers through 20+ purpose-built Hyros tools covering attribution, customer journeys, calls, tags, leads, sales, and docs lookup. You never pick a tool - ask in plain English and Mosaide routes the question.

Your AI key

Why you bring a key

Mosaide is 100% free and runs every answer on your own AI provider key - Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. Your provider bills you its raw token cost; Mosaide adds no markup, plans, or seats.

Adding and verifying

Pick your provider on the Connections page and paste the key. Mosaide verifies it before saving, encrypts it at rest, and from then on shows only a fingerprint - never the key itself.

Command Center

Your dashboard builds itself

The moment your Hyros key verifies, Mosaide reads your account footprint - calls, subscriptions, sources, sale frequency - classifies your business (call funnel, ecommerce, subscription, organic, or mixed), and provisions a dashboard with live widgets: leads, top sources, calls, tags, qualified leads, and ROAS or Hyros-tracked MRR where they apply. No configuration, no report builder.

Setup Health

The panel above the grid lists tracking problems Mosaide detected: missing tracking scripts, untagged sources, sales without attribution, leads with no assigned source. Each finding shows severity, a plain-language explanation of what it costs you, and numbered fix steps. Dismiss what you already know about; re-check anytime.

Changing the dashboard type

The control next to the dashboard title shows what Mosaide detected and its confidence. Pick another type to rebuild the dashboard with that template; picking the detected type returns to automatic. Your override always survives re-detection.

Experiments and feature requests

Experiments compares two sources or two time windows on live Hyros data and refuses to declare a winner without at least 30 samples per side. Feature requests is the public board where you tell us what to build next - upvotes drive the roadmap.

Portfolio (multi-client)

Who sees it

Portfolio appears when you have two or more workspaces, or any workspace in agency mode. Flags must be enabled for your environment (FLAG_PORTFOLIO). Solo single-workspace accounts stay on Command Center only.

What the board shows

Each row is a workspace: leads, sales, new vs returning (Hyros recurring flag), new-customer ROAS (new revenue over total paid spend), blended ROAS, MRR when applicable, attribution gap, median time-to-call, critical findings, and a revenue sparkline. Money is never summed across accounts with different currencies.

Refresh vs cron

Hourly sync warms snapshots and writes daily metrics; paid platform ROAS for gap and spend is fully refreshed for the 7-day window on cron. Click Refresh portfolio for full 7/14/28-day paid attribution. Open a row to set that workspace active and load Command Center.

Source Flow

Touch models

First source, last source, or last paid. Last paid prefers a paid lastSource, then paid firstSource, else Untracked. Labels always show which model is active.

Business-type columns

Call-funnel and mixed accounts include booked calls. Ecommerce hides calls by default (optional toggle when volume is high). Subscription accounts emphasize leads plus an MRR-by-source side panel rather than fake Sankey mass for dollars.

Upside-Down Funnel

How to read it

Revenue sits on top; ad clicks and impressions sit at the bottom. Drop-offs and week-over-week deltas sit on each stage. Attribution gap and time-to-call use the same definitions as Portfolio alerts.

Using the chat

Ask anything

Type a question. Mosaide picks the right Hyros tool, runs the query, and answers from the rows it gets back. Examples: "What was my ROAS by source this week?", "Which lead source produced the most booked calls in March?", "Show me the full journey for jane@acme.com."

Sources & verification

Answers are grounded in live Hyros tool results. Sample or synthetic paths are not labeled as live Hyros when a key is connected. If tools return empty, the chat should say so rather than invent totals.

Artifacts and dashboards

Some answers materialize as dashboards or briefs. They live in /artifacts, can be scheduled to email or Slack, and shared as read-only public links you can revoke at any time.

Briefs & alerts

Scheduled briefs

Any report can run on a schedule and land in your inbox or a Slack channel you connect per workspace - Tuesday 9am, every client, no copy-paste. Slack setup takes one click from the Connections page.

Deterministic alerts

Optional rules for attribution gap, ROAS drop, time-to-call, and funnel drop-off. They are plain numeric checks on live Hyros data - no LLM in the loop. Enable a rule and route it to in-app, email, or Slack per workspace.

Workspaces

Switching

The sidebar workspace switcher lists all your workspaces. Picking one swaps the active context - the dashboard, chats, connections, and artifacts you see all belong to that workspace.

Add, rename, delete

Manage every workspace from Settings → Workspaces. Add new client workspaces anytime, rename existing ones, and delete the ones you no longer need. Deleting a workspace permanently removes its connections, chats, artifacts, schedules, and shared links - this cannot be undone.

Security & data

Where your data lives

All data is stored in our Supabase Postgres cluster with row-level security per workspace. Credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest with envelope encryption. We never share your data across workspaces or with other customers.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. This wipes every workspace, connection, chat, and artifact, and releases your email so you can sign up again later if you want.
