Terms of Service

Working draft for a free, bring-your-own-key product. A counsel-reviewed version is available on request at hello@mosaide.com. By using Mosaide you agree to the terms below in good faith.

1. The service

Mosaide is a free intelligence layer on top of Hyros. You authorize us to read marketing and attribution data from Hyros (and optional delivery channels such as Slack). We do not connect to Meta, Google, or TikTok ad accounts; paid performance is read through Hyros attribution. The only write operations are Hyros CRM actions (lead tags, stages, and GDPR erasure), each requiring your explicit confirmation in chat. Optional third-party connectors you enable later are covered by the same rules.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Mosaide and have authority to bind the organization whose data you connect. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We will never sell your data and will not use it to train foundation models.

4. Confirmed writes

Any agent action that writes to an external platform requires your explicit confirmation in the chat before it runs. You are responsible for reviewing what you confirm, including destructive operations such as GDPR lead erasure, which cannot be undone. We are not liable for changes you confirm that produce unexpected results.

5. Fees

Mosaide is free of charge. AI features run on the API key you connect, so your LLM provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) bills you directly for token usage under its own terms. Mosaide adds no markup and charges no subscription. You can delete your key or your account at any time from settings.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Mosaide to run campaigns that violate applicable ad-platform policies or local laws. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, resell it without written permission, or use it to process data you do not have rights to.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Upstream APIs (Hyros and any optional connectors you enable) may rate-limit or return errors outside our control.

8. Liability

Mosaide is provided "as is." Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding three months (which is zero while the product is free). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be emailed to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
