Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data you provide: email, name, and workspace name.
• Marketing data you authorize us to read primarily from Hyros, plus optional Slack for brief and alert delivery. Ad platforms are not connected directly; paid performance is read through Hyros attribution.
• Product usage data: pages visited, features used, agent actions performed, approximate IP geolocation.
• Diagnostic data: error reports and performance traces, used to fix bugs and improve reliability.
• Encrypted credentials you store: Hyros API keys and your own LLM provider keys (BYOK).

How we use it

To provide the service you signed up for, send operational email (receipts, security alerts, product updates), improve the product in aggregate, and prevent abuse.

What we will never do

• Sell your data.
• Use your marketing data to train foundation models.
• Share customer data across workspaces. Every workspace is row-level isolated at the database.

Sub-processors

We use Clerk (auth), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting and background jobs), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic / OpenAI / Google (LLM inference). Each processes data only as necessary to provide their portion of the service.

Cookies & tracking

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication (Clerk) and a minimal set of first-party cookies to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain account data and connected marketing data for the lifetime of your workspace. There is no paid plan tier for retention. When you delete your workspace or account, associated data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Your rights

You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@mosaide.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR; in California, additional rights under CCPA.
