How do I connect Hyros?
Open Connections inside Mosaide, paste a Hyros API key, and click Verify. The key is scoped - never your password - and encrypted at rest. Command Center provisions itself when the key verifies.
Can I have separate connections per client?
Yes. Agency mode provisions one workspace per client, each with its own Hyros key, AI key, and optional Slack channel. Portfolio shows all workspaces on one board when you have more than one client.
Can Mosaide change anything in my ad accounts?
No. Mosaide never connects to Meta, Google, or TikTok ad accounts. Paid performance is read through Hyros. The only writes are Hyros CRM operations (tags, stages, GDPR erasure), and destructive actions need explicit chat confirmation.
How fresh is the data?
Leads and related mirrors sync hourly. Subscription and portfolio snapshots refresh on that cron too. Real-time Hyros events (sales, calls, new leads) can stream via webhooks when configured. Portfolio Refresh pulls live gap and paid ROAS on demand.
Where is my data stored?
In our Supabase Postgres cluster with row-level security per workspace. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Chat and tool results go to your AI provider under your BYOK key. We do not train models on your marketing data.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. This wipes every workspace, connection, chat, artifact, and shared link, and releases your email so you can sign up again later if you want.
How much does Mosaide cost?
Nothing. Mosaide is 100% free. You connect your own AI provider key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) and your provider bills raw token cost. Mosaide adds no markup and has no plans or seats.
I see a wrong number in chat. What do I do?
Check that the answer is grounded in Hyros tools (not sample data). Re-run with a tighter date window. If the tool rows look right but the math is wrong, email hello@mosaide.com with the chat link - we treat math bugs as P0.
Where is Portfolio / Source Flow / Funnel?
In the app sidebar after Hyros is connected: Command Center, Portfolio (multi-workspace or agency mode), Source Flow, Upside-Down Funnel. If a link is missing, the feature flag for that surface may be off in your environment.
