How do I connect GoHighLevel?

Go to /connections inside Mosaide, click "Connect GoHighLevel", and authorize the location you want to read. Mosaide receives a read-only token; you can revoke access from your GHL account at any time.

Can I have separate connections per client?

Yes. Switch to agency mode during onboarding (or from Settings → Workspaces) and create one workspace per client. Each workspace stores its own GHL, Hyros, Meta, and Google credentials. They never mix.

Why does Mosaide not write back to my GHL account?

By default Mosaide is read-only. Writes are off until you explicitly enable them and confirm each one with a typed prompt. This is intentional: anything that moves money or contacts deserves a pause.

How fresh is the data in chat?

Hyros syncs every 15 minutes by default. GHL syncs on a webhook plus a 30-minute fallback poll. Ad platforms sync every hour. Every cited row in chat shows when it was last refreshed.

Where is my data stored?

In our Supabase Postgres cluster with row-level security per workspace. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Your data never leaves your workspace and is never used to train AI models.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account. This wipes every workspace, connection, chat, artifact, and shared link, and releases your email so you can sign up again later if you want.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts get 14 days of full access — no credit card required. After the trial you can pick a plan at mosaide.com/pricing or keep the read-only tier.

I see a wrong number in chat. What do I do?

Click the citation chip in the answer to see the source rows. If they are right but the math is wrong, email hello@mosaide.com with the chat link — we treat math bugs as P0.
